Important Notice
We cannot take back items that are spoiled or damaged during delivery due to food safety regulations.
However, we will provide partial refunds or coupon codes based on the nature of the damage. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items.
Refund Eligibility
We provide compensation in the following circumstances:

- • Product delivered damaged or spoiled
- • Wrong item delivered
- • Missing items from your order
- • Quality issues upon delivery
* We cannot physically take back damaged items due to food safety, but will provide partial refunds or coupon codes
✗ Not Eligible for Compensation
- • Change of mind after delivery
- • Products consumed partially or fully
- • Complaints made after 24 hours
- • Products stored improperly after delivery
- • Damage caused by customer
Claim Process
Step 1: Report within 24 hours
Contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged or incorrect order. Take clear photos of the product and packaging for documentation.
Step 2: Assessment & Compensation
Based on the nature and extent of the damage, we will provide either a partial refund via UPI or coupon codes for future orders. The damaged items cannot be returned to us due to food safety regulations.
Refund Information
Compensation Methods
- UPI Refund: Partial refunds will be processed via UPI within 2-3 business days
- Coupon Codes: Instant coupon codes for future orders (amount based on damage assessment)
Note: Since we only accept UPI as payment, refunds are issued via UPI or coupon codes only. The compensation amount will be determined based on the nature and extent of the damage.
Special Circumstances
Allergic Reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction due to undisclosed ingredients, contact us immediately. We take allergen concerns very seriously and will investigate thoroughly.
Wrong Items Delivered
If you receive the wrong items, we will arrange for the correct items to be delivered at no additional cost. The incorrect items can be kept or disposed of - we cannot accept returns.
Missing Items
If items are missing from your order, contact us immediately with your order details.
- • Items under ₹500: We will provide a UPI refund or coupon code of equivalent value
- • Items ₹500 and above: We will arrange for the missing items to be delivered at no additional cost
